Marty & Sherrie Lorenz

A few years ago, we finally moved to Florida!  We are full-time, year-round residents here.  We live, work, invest and play right here in Cape Coral...

Marty is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor both in Michigan and here in Florida.  He has over 30 years of real estate experience!

We are originally from Michigan, Marty graduated from High School in St. Clair Shores,and studied engineering at Lawrence Tech, and is a U.S. Air Force Veteran.  Sherrie graduated from High School in Walled Lake.  We're married and have been together for a long time, and we do everything together! 

Sherrie's first career was a licensed stock broker with a national firm in Michigan and has a background in Small Business Management.  She is also a licensed real estate agent and Realtor here in Florida.

Marty has two grown daughters, one is a school teacher in Princeton, NJ and the other is married to a career military man, currently stationed in Fort Hood, TX.  The two daughters have made three grandsons: Alexander, Connor and Ethan.

We live on the Gold Coast of Cape Coral, and we love being on the water, we really enjoy boating.  Sherrie is the fishing nut, and we have also been known to haunt the local golf courses at times...
